I require a £100 booking fee to secure your photo session with Family Moments Photography.
This deposit is non-refundable, and will be deducted from the total remaining balance due, which is 5 days prior to the photoshoot and has to be made via bank transfer.

When will my images be ready after the shoot? 

Following the session, I will send you a link for you to choose the images you would like me to edit (number depending on your package chosen). Once the selection of chosen images is received back from you, I will then begin editing your images to my highest standards, and deliver it back to you within 14 days from when the selection is received.

What should we wear? 

For family and self portraits, the client is responsible for bringing their own clothing (up to 1 or 3 outfit changes, depending on the package chosen).

Can we purchase additional photos? 

Yes, you can purchase additional edited photos at £20, £25 or £30 depending on the package chosen.

You can also purchase all best JPEGs files of your session at £150.​​

Are the images high resolution? 

Yes, all the photo files will be delivered digitally in high resolution JPGs format. 

 

When should we arrive?

I ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photoshoot. If you are 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled depending of my schedule.

Can we reschedule or receive a refund?

The deposit is non-refundable, however the session can be rescheduled to a different day in accordance to my availability. No refunds are issued.

How many people can we include in the photo shoot?

You can include up to 5 family members to get your pictures taken. If you require more people to attend, please contact me beforehand to discuss further. One family per each time slot only. (If you want 2 family photos together you need to reserve two time-slots back to back).
